William Reynolds
Assistant Clinical Professor
William Reynolds joined the Chicago-Kent College of Law faculty in 2022 as an assistant clinical professor and director of the C-K Law Group’s Employee Benefits Clinic. The clinic’s practice focuses on individual employee benefit claims brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), including short- and long-term disability insurance claims, life and accidental death insurance claims, and health insurance claims.
Prior to joining Chicago-Kent, William was a shareholder at DeBofsky Sherman Casciari Reynolds, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois. He has argued before United States Courts of Appeals and successfully litigated ERISA benefits cases throughout the United States.
In addition to his work within the law clinic, William is the Executive Director of Chicago-Kent's Independent Practice Initiative, a law firm start-up incubator.
Orjanda Arizi
Senior Law Clerk
Orjanda Arizi joined the Law Offices of Chicago-Kent in February 2023. She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in U.S. International and Transnational Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law and has earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law from the University of Tirana in Albania. She previously served with the Independent Qualification Commission, an essential constitutional body which performs vetting and re-evaluation of members of the Albanian justice system.
Orjanda is fluent in Albanian, English, Spanish, and Italian, which enhances the law clinic's ability to engage and contribute with diverse communities in a multilingual society.
